Job Description
Estimate and analyze the project, and control its costs, especially for additional specifications.
Includes cost planning and cost benefit analysis. Write reports and prepare documents (like plans, contracts, budgets etc.) especially for additional specifications of the project.
Additional specifications includes variations of order and extension of the construction term of the project.
Support Claim Section to make Claim Letters to the purchasers of the project and negotiate with them to get the additional contract price.

Requirement
- Has minimum 5 years working experience as Quantity Surveyor in a construction project
- Willing to be placed anywhere
- Good English skill
