Job Description
<Resposibilities>
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations
trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Coordinate and complete annual audits
Provide recommendations
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
Meet financial accounting objectives
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe
Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise
Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns
Identify and mitigate tax risks
Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance
Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices
Manage and coordinate tax audits
Maintain tax balances on general ledger
Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests
<Requirements>
1. Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Accounting
Age between 30-45 years old;
2. Understand Accounting Principles and Indonesia Audit Standard
3. Update regulation regarding taxation in Indonesia
4. Strong leadership profile, good interpersonal and communication skills
5. Familiar and understand with Oracle platform
6. Have courage and able to negotiate with auditors, employees, and others
7. Holds certification of audit, Brevet is a plus
<Desirable Experiences>
Holds total 10 years experience inclusive 3-5 years at managerial position in Japanese company/multinational company/public listed company/public accounting firms
Have experienced as auditor for at least 4 years is a MUST
