Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the expatriates and internal/external clients
- Responsible for travel arrangement for business or personal trip such as flight, transportation, accommodation, housing, facilities, visa and documents related to travel
- Manage expatriates formalities (Visa, KITAS, working permit etc) to ensure proper documentation as per Indonesian law and regulations
- Completed other additional duties as required/requested to support the expatriates
Requirements:
- Age max. 27 years old
- Graduated from reputable university/Academy*, min. GPA 3,0
- Japanese Literature/Japan university graduates who interested in administration job
- Fresh graduate or experienced are both welcome
- Strong administration skill
- Able to work in fast-pace, dynamic environment
