Job Description

- Facilitate communication and coordination in Japanese (spoken and written) between department members and internal teams, customers, auditors, and vendors when required
- Translate work instructions, operational reports, meeting minutes, and other warehouse-related documents between Japanese and Indonesian/English as needed
- Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and finished goods
- Monitor inventory accuracy through daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records
- Ensure proper implementation of FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory management practices
- Coordinate with Production, PPIC, Purchasing, Quality Control, and Logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate material flow
- Prepare and submit periodic warehouse operational reports to management
- Identify operational issues, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend improvements to enhance warehouse productivity and efficiency
- Support the achievement of warehouse operational targets and departmental KPIs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, 5S, Kaizen, and Occupational Health & Safety (K3) standards within the warehouse
- Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Business level Japanese both spoken and written (Own JLPT N1) 
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, stock management, FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting, and warehouse best practices
- Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, coordination, analytical, problem-solving skills and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
