Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Analyze and improve warehouse layout to maximize space efficiency, safety, and workflow effectiveness. - Review and enhance logistics processes, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatching. - Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities. - Monitor daily warehouse operations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. - Provide guidance and on-the-job training to warehouse operators to ensure adherence to best practices and safety standards. - Coordinate with other departments (e.g., production, procurement, logistics) to align warehouse operations with overall business needs.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree from any major ・Conversational level of English skill ・Mnimum 5 years of working experience as a warehouse specialist in a Japanese manufacturing company, preferably from the machinery or automotive industries ・Proven experience in improving warehouse layout and guiding operators ・Detail oriented, good communication skill, and good work ethics ・Willing to work in Central Java
