Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profit targets across all branches.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and product lines to expand business.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and initiate corrective actions when targets are not met.
- Coordinate national promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Supervise and support all branch managers to ensure operational consistency, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews to monitor KPIs, resolve issues, and implement improvements.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency (effective for coordination with expat & foreigners)
・Min. 5 years of experience as Sales Manager in stationery or office supply industry for Traditional Market, experienced in managing subordinates
・Willing to travel for business trip 2-3 times per month (across Indonesia)
・Good communication skill, good decision making skill, good organizational ability, proactive, smart
