- RGF may, in its sole discretion, provide services which RGF determines as being beneficial to your search for a job (the "Service"), including support by a career adviser or matching up your data with the job offer requirements of the companies seeking workers (the "Companies").
- RGF may, whenever it deems necessary, change (which includes a change of career adviser), or temporarily suspend, the Service, for any reason, without giving you prior notice. RGF may, whenever it deems necessary, terminate a part of or the entire Service, for any reason, upon notice given to you.
- RGF will retain and process your personal data, as provided by you, for its commercial activities and internal processes including, but not limited to the provision of the Services as well as efficient human resource management. You agree to RGF doing so and hereby give consent to furnish your relevant personal data to such relevant parties as may be required.
- You shall be responsible for providing personal information accurately and completely to RGF and the Companies. You shall be solely responsible and hold RGF harmless from and against any and all liabilities, demands, claims, suits, losses, damages, including costs and expenses, incurred by RGF and/or the Companies or any third party arising out of, or in connection with, the inaccuracy and/or incompleteness of the personal information you have provided.
- Upon request by RGF, you shall submit to RGF the following documents:
- Personal identification documents that specify and confirm your name, address, and other contact details as the case may be;
- Passport or certificate of qualification for employment to confirm your residence status;and
- Any other certificate or documents that may be required by the Companies from time to time.
- RGF may match your data with the job offer requirements of a Company in its sole discretion. In any event, RGF is under no obligation whatsoever to disclose to you the selection criteria, the reasons for a decision or any other information about the selection process by RGF. When RGF accepts your request regarding an application for a job offer, based on RGF's judgment after considering the selection criteria of a Company, RGF may decide, at its sole discretion, not to recommend you for such job offer and/or may inform you that you do not match the job offer requirements of the Companies.
- Upon direct confirmation between you and a Company of the working conditions and any other terms of employment, you shall enter into an employment contract directly with the Company entirely on your own and RGF takes no responsibility for such contract or any terms therein contained. You further acknowledge that the working conditions notified by RGF to you are not a warranty of the final terms and conditions of the said employment contract.

You shall not undertake any of the following:
- The submission of any false or inaccurate information;
- Any act that impedes or is likely to impede the business, harms or is likely to harm the societal reputation or damages or is likely to damage the credibility of RGF and/or the Companies;
- Any act of abusing, slandering, or affronting RGF and/or the Companies;
- Any act that infringes RGF's or a third party's property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights, or trade secrets, reputation and / or privacy;
- Using any information obtained through the Service for a purpose other than a job search, or disclosing or divulging such information to a third party without RGF's consent;
- Where RGF has put you and the Companies in touch with each other, any act of communicating with the Companies directly, or being selected and/or employed by the Companies without RGF's consent;
- Any act of being absent from an appointment with RGF or the Companies or employment test without prior notice or valid reason, or declining employment without valid reason after the acceptance of a job offer from the Companies.
- Any other act inconsistent or likely to be inconsistent with any law, regulation, or public policy.
- If during the selection process RGF determines that there is or is likely to be a discrepancy between the working conditions or any other terms of the employment contract notified by the Companies and those informed by you, RGF may confirm such terms with the Companies.
- All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of all contents, including but not limited to photos, reports and the logo available on this website ("Content") belong to RGF or a third party. You shall not reproduce, alter, reprint or in any other way use all or part of such Content without the prior consent of RGF.
- You agree that the use of the Service or this website does not guarantee your employment by any of the Companies. In addition, if any dispute arises between any of the Companies and yourself concerning working conditions or other terms of any employment contract, you shall handle such dispute at your own cost and responsibility. RGF shall not be liable in any way, whether directly or indirectly, for any damage, loss, cost or expense resulting from, or in connection with, the use of this website or any part of the Service contained in this website.
- This website might be linked with websites other than RGF's website and which are not maintained by RGF. RGF is not responsible for the contents of those websites and shall not be liable for any damages or loss arising from access to those websites. Use of the hyperlinks and access to such linked websites are entirely at your own risk. Moreover, such links do not mean RGF approves or guarantees those websites and their content.
- RGF assumes no liability whatsoever with respect to the deletion or failure of performance of the Service as a result of force majeure, overcrowded circuits, system crash or virus infection that cannot be prevented by normal virus protection or any other occurrences which are not attributable to RGF.
- You shall not create any hyperlink from websites with contents that may be defamatory to our business or reputation or with obscene contents, or any website that RGF, in its own discretion, sees as otherwise irrelevant. RGF has a right to refuse hyperlinks from any of those websites.
- These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute concerning these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.

How We Share Your Personal Data" section, each company in Recruit may collect personal data from other companies in Recruit.
【How We Use Your Personal Data】
Legal grounds to process your personal data may change, subject to specific laws and regulations, so please refer to the jurisdiction-specific annex.
Personal data collected by us will be primarily used for providing you with the Services.
We use your personal data for the purposes described as below.
- to provide job-seekers (“Candidates”) with career management or guidance services;
- to provide employers who wish to hire job-seekers or to consult us for recruitment advice (“Clients”) with recruitment solutions;
- to allow us to process and respond to any inquiries or feedback from you;
- to confirm the status after the job placement, job change, or temporary staffing to obtain feedback or requests to improve our Services;
- to provide Services in future even after your successful job placement(s) through our Services (such as a change of job) (“Future Recruitment Service”);
- to inform you of any events, industry updates, market developments, promotional information or other information we consider useful to you for marketing or advertising (such information will be sent by post/e-mail, texts or similar communication, and will also contain instructions for unsubscribing);
- to distribute targeted advertisement by using cookies or other technologies or methods;
- to generally assist us to manage our relationship with you, or to provide or manage the recruitment and/or HR services we provide, including carrying out of administrative or operational tasks;
- for verification or reference check as requested by Clients;
- to generate aggregated statistical reports distributed internally in Recruit;
- for us to carry out market research and/or market analysis, including, without limitation, conducting research using questionnaires and sharing the aggregate results thereof with third parties;
- to conduct internal audits;
- to comply with legal, regulatory and other compliance requirements (including providing assistance to law enforcement, judicial, regulatory or other government agencies and statutory bodies); and
- as part of a proposed sale, merger, acquisition, joint venture, or transfer of assets, subject to ensuring that the recipient is under suitable confidentiality obligations in respect of your personal data and uses it only for the purposes you have agreed to and as permitted by this privacy policy.
When you refuse to provide or decide to withdraw your personal data, Recruit will be unable to provide you with the Services.
【How We Share Your Personal Data】
To the extent possible, we aim to minimize disclosure of your personal data to third parties.
However, we need to make certain disclosures from time to time. We may share your personal data as described below:
- disclosures to prospective employers, when you apply for any specific roles, or otherwise agree that we may disclose your personal data;
- disclosures to other members of the Recruit group globally (i.e. Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd., and its subsidiaries and affiliates), where such disclosure is necessary for one or more of the purposes set out in the “How We Use Your Personal Data” section above;
- disclosures to agents, service providers, sub-contractors, and suppliers (both legal entities and natural persons) such as market research service providers, business support service providers, and customer management service providers (e.g. Salesforce), where such disclosure is necessary for one or more of the purposes set out in the “How We Use Your Personal Data” section above;
- by contacting third parties (including nominated references) to verify your educational or professional qualifications, work experience, or other such information submitted by you in the course of our Services;
- by preparing and providing aggregated statistical reports on our candidates and/or website users/visitors, to our clients or proposed employer-clients, for marketing or feedback purposes. Such reports (except where consent is specifically obtained) would not include personally identifiable features such as names or contact details of candidates and/or website users/visitors, and would be formatted, encrypted, anonymized or aggregated to ensure your anonymity;
- disclosures to our professional advisors (such as lawyers, accountants and financial advisors), to the extent necessary and only if they are bound to keep your personal data confidential;

【Security】
We will use reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural measures to safeguard personal data within our organization against loss, theft, and unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification.

Bagaimana Kami Membagi Data Pribadi Anda", setiap perusahaan dalam Recruit dapat mengumpulkan data pribadi dari perusahaan lain dalam Recruit.
【Bagaimana Kami Menggunakan Data Pribadi Anda】
Dasar hukum untuk memproses data pribadi anda dapat berubah, tunduk pada peraturan perundang-undangan khusus, oleh karena itu, mohon untuk dapat merujuk ke lampiran khusus yurisdiksi.

- untuk memberikan kepada pencari kerja (“Kandidat”) layanan manajemen atau bimbingan karier;
- untuk memberikan solusi perekrutan bagi pemberi kerja yang ingin mempekerjakan pencari kerja atau yang ingin berkonsultasi dengan kami untuk mendapatkan nasihat perekrutan ("Klien");
- untuk memungkinkan kami memproses dan menanggapi setiap pertanyaan atau tanggapan dari anda;
- untuk memberikan konfirmasi status setelah penempatan kerja, perubahan pekerjaan, atau penempatan sementara untuk mendapatkan tanggapan atau permintaan untuk meningkatkan Jasa kami;
- untuk menyediakan Jasa di masa yang akan datang bahkan setelah penempatan kerja anda berhasil melalui Jasa kami (seperti perubahan pekerjaan) ("Layanan Perekrutan di Masa Akan Datang");
- untuk memberi tahu anda tentang segala acara, perkembangan industri, perkembangan pasar, informasi promosi atau informasi lain yang kami anggap berguna bagi anda untuk pemasaran atau periklanan (informasi tersebut akan dikirim melalui pos/e-mail, teks atau komunikasi serupa, dan juga akan berisi instruksi untuk berhenti berlangganan);
- untuk mendistribusikan iklan bertarget dengan menggunakan cookie atau teknologi atau metode lain;
- untuk membantu kami secara umum mengelola hubungan kami dengan anda, atau untuk menyediakan atau mengelola rekrutmen dan/atau layanan SDM yang kami sediakan, termasuk melaksanakan tugas-tugas administratif atau operasional;
- untuk melakukan verifikasi atau pemeriksaan referensi sebagaimana diminta oleh Klien;
- untuk menghasilkan laporan statistik agregat yang didistribusikan secara internal dalam Recruit;
- untuk melakukan penelitian pasar dan/atau analisis pasar, termasuk, namun tidak terbatas pada, melakukan penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan berbagi hasil agregat dengan pihak ketiga;
- untuk melakukan audit internal;
- untuk mematuhi persyaratan hukum, peraturan dan kepatuhan lainnya (termasuk memberikan bantuan kepada penegak hukum, peradilan, peraturan atau badan pemerintah dan badan hukum lainnya); dan
- sebagai bagian dari penjualan, penggabungan, akuisisi, usaha patungan (joint venture), atau pengalihan aset yang diusulkan, dengan memastikan bahwa penerima berada di bawah kewajiban kerahasiaan yang sesuai sehubungan dengan data pribadi anda dan menggunakannya hanya untuk tujuan yang telah anda setujui dan sebagaimana diizinkan oleh kebijakan privasi ini.
Jika anda menolak untuk memberikan atau memutuskan untuk menarik data pribadi anda, Recruit tidak akan dapat memberikan Jasa kepada anda.
【Bagaimana Kami Membagi Data Pribadi Anda】
Sejauh yang dimungkinkan, kami akan meminimalkan pengungkapan data pribadi anda kepada pihak ketiga.
Namun, kami perlu melakukan pengungkapan tertentu dari waktu ke waktu. Kami dapat membagikan data pribadi anda sebagaimana dijelaskan di bawah ini:
- pengungkapan kepada calon pemberi kerja, ketika anda melamar pekerjaan spesifik apa pun, atau menyetujui bahwa kami dapat mengungkapkan data pribadi anda;
- pengungkapan kepada anggota lain dari grup Recruit secara global (yaitu, Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd., dan anak perusahaan dan afiliasinya), di mana pengungkapan tersebut diperlukan untuk satu atau beberapa tujuan yang ditetapkan dalam bagian "Bagaimana Kami Menggunakan Data Pribadi Anda” di atas;
- pengungkapan kepada agen, penyedia layanan, dan pemasok (badan hukum dan perorangan) seperti penyedia layanan riset pasar, penyedia layanan dukungan bisnis, penyedia layanan manajemen konsumen (misalnya Tenaga Penjualan, apabila pengungkapan tersebut dibutuhkan untuk satu atau beberapa tujuan yang ditetapkan dalam bagian “Bagaimana Kami Menggunakan Data Pribadi Anda” di atas;
- dengan menghubungi pihak ketiga (termasuk referensi yang ditunjuk) untuk memverifikasi kualifikasi pendidikan atau profesional anda, pengalaman kerja, atau informasi lain yang disampaikan oleh anda selama Jasa kami berlangsung;
- dengan menyiapkan dan menyediakan laporan statistik agregat mengenai kandidat dan/atau pengguna/pengunjung situs kami, kepada klien kami atau klien pemberi kerja yang diusulkan, untuk tujuan pemasaran atau umpan balik. Laporan tersebut (kecuali jika persetujuan diperoleh secara khusus) tidak akan menyertakan fitur yang dapat diidentifikasi secara pribadi seperti nama atau rincian kontak dari kandidat dan/atau pengunjung/pengguna situs, dan akan diformat, dienkripsi, dianonimkan, atau dikumpulkan untuk memastikan kerahasiaan identitas anda;
- pengungkapan kepada penasihat profesional kami (seperti pengacara, akuntan dan penasihat keuangan), sepanjang yang diperlukan dan hanya jika mereka terikat untuk menjaga kerahasiaan data pribadi anda;
- pengungkapan kepada pihak ketiga sebagai bagian dari penjualan, merger, akuisisi, usaha patungan, atau transfer aset yang diusulkan, dengan tujuan memastikan bahwa penerima berada di bawah kewajiban kerahasiaan yang sesuai sehubungan dengan data pribadi anda dan menggunakannya hanya untuk tujuan yang telah anda setujui dan yang diizinkan oleh kebijakan privasi ini;
- pengungkapan yang disyaratkan oleh hukum, atau diminta oleh badan pemerintah, atau untuk mencegah kejahatan, atau untuk memastikan hak, properti, dan/atau keselamatan pribadi dari Recruit (termasuk pejabat, karyawan, kontraktor dan / atau agennya), anggota grup Recruit lainnya, klien-pemberi kerja kami, kandidat dan pengguna / pengunjung lain dari situs web kami, atau orang lain; dan
- sebagaimana diizinkan oleh hukum yang berlaku.
Transfer Data Ke Luar Negeri】
Recruit akan memastikan bahwa setiap transfer ke luar negeri dilakukan seminimal mungkin; namun, kami mungkin perlu mentransfer data pribadi Anda ke pihak ketiga yang mungkin berada di negara-negara di luar negara anda sendiri dalam situasi yang dijelaskan dalam bagian "Bagaimana Kami Membagi Data Pribadi Anda". Kami akan menerapkan usaha perlindungan untuk melindungi data pribadi anda, sebagaimana disyaratkan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan perlindungan data lokal yang berlaku.
【Keamanan】
Kami akan menggunakan langkah fisik, elektronik, dan prosedural yang wajar untuk melindungi data pribadi dalam organisasi kami dari kehilangan, pencurian, dan penggunaan, pengungkapan, atau modifikasi yang tidak sah.
Setiap data pribadi yang dipegang oleh atau atas nama kami disimpan di server yang aman, dengan langkah-langkah keamanan modern tersedia untuk melindungi data dari kehilangan, akses atau perubahan yang tidak sah, atau penyalahgunaan informasi tersebut.
