Job Description
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of customers' water treatment systems - Collect water samples and conduct water quality testing in accordance with standard procedures - Monitor the performance of Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), and recommend operational improvements - Troubleshoot technical issues related to water treatment chemicals, equipment, and system operations - Prepare and submit accurate service reports after each site visit - Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the proper use of water treatment chemicals and systems - Support product trials, system commissioning, and other field service activities - Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams to address customer needs and technical issues - Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and company policies at all times - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional and responsive service - Other task assgined
Job Requirement
- Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering - Minimum 3 years of working experience as a technician in the industrial water treatment (WTP/WWTP) industry - High conversational English Proficiency - Able to drive a car and hold SIM A - Strong knowledge of industrial water treatment processes, chemical handling, pumps, dosing systems, and mechanical equipment - Willing to travel frequently for business assignments across Indonesia - Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
