<Job Responsibilities> - Manage technical dept make sure that all procedures meet the schedule - Achieve high quality deliverables of all projects within the acceptance based on company standard - Motivate teammates and support them to overcome project issues - Participate project related meeting, field testing and commissioning, service activities when needs arise - Maintain and develop a culture of continuous learning, and improvement - Monitor competitor products and industry trends to identify opportunities for product differentiation and market positioning - Propose solutions that match customer needs - Monitor all project work progress and provides regular update to management - Report regularly of aftersales activities, customer feedback and development to management - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from reputable university ・Business English proficiency (communicate with foreign customer or HQ) ・Min 8 years of After Sales and Technical Support experience, min 5 years in electrical equipment, with experience in managing a team ・Willing to do business trips ・Disciplined, agile, creative, able to lead and responsible, strong problem solving skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experienced in R&D
