<Job Responsibilities> - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets - Lead, coach, and manage the sales and marketing teams to drive performance - Identify market opportunities through data analysis and industry insights - Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B customers across industrial sectors - Oversee the full sales process, including order management, delivery coordination, invoicing, and collection - Manage inventory planning and purchasing of imported finished goods to support sales demand - Coordinate with supply chain and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth trading and manufacturing operations - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Bachelor’s in Engineering related to Foundry, Metallurgy, Mechanical, or Material ・Min. Business Level English proficiency (proficient in doing technical discussion in English fluently) ・Min. 5 years as Sales Manager in foreign foundry related industrial business (b2b) in the chemical for metal/metal industry ・Good understanding and experience in foundry industry, sales regulation (invoice, VAT), macro & microeconomic principles, exim process, organization & quality management systems (ISO-QS) and SAP, ability to read technical drawings ・Own SIM A (active) ・Good leadership skill good communication, good problem solving skill, good presentation skill, smart and strategical
