Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business goals
- Make decisions and conduct negotiations within the authority granted by the company, and take full responsibility for the outcomes
- Gather and utilize necessary information while maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all divisional operational activities
- Continuously identify Kaizen points and implement effective countermeasures
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s strategy, support the formulation of divisional strategy and long-term vision, and contribute to the achievement of company objectives
- Promote people development by transferring knowledge to junior staff and subordinates, supporting the growth and sustainability of the company
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Business level English
- Min. 5 years of experience as Supply Chain Manager, Logistics Manager, Procurement Manager, Import & Export Manager in Automotive Parts Trading / Manufacturing / OEM company
- Strong understanding of management and operational control
- Solid financial acumen, including budget management, profit and loss management, balance sheet control, forex management, and risk analysis
- Familiarity with regulations, including customs regulations in Indonesia
- Proficient in the PDCA cycle
- Strong management and employee development skills
