Job Description
-Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth store performance. -Supervise, train, and motivate store staff. -Monitor sales, labor costs, inventory, and overall store performance. -Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality. -Handle staff scheduling and operational improvements. -Report directly to management and implement company policies. -Build a disciplined and productive team environment. -Perform other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirement
-Minimum 1 years of experience in a Japanese restaurant or Japanese retail/F&B chain. -Strong experience in Japanese restaurants -Experience in store operations. -JLPT N2 level or equivalent, with strong reading and writing skills. -Strong leadership and communication skills. -Able to discipline staff and maintain authority as a manager. -Willing to commute to Jakarta.
