Job Description
-> Store Development & Expansion ●Analyze P&L for existing stores and assess financial viability for new locations ●Identify and negotiate potential store sites with malls and property owners ●Work with contractors and designers to deliver on-time, cost-effective store buildouts that meet brand standards ●Source store materials and props as needed -> Sales & Performance Management ●Track and report weekly offline sales, comparing targets versus results, and plan improvements ●Set monthly sales goals for each store in line with company objectives ●Monitor retail KPIs to ensure strong team performance -> Visual Merchandising ●Create and execute merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping experience ●Maintain consistent, on-brand visual displays across all stores ●Update displays for promotions, new launches, and seasonal changes -> Operational Excellence ●Oversee daily store operations for smooth and efficient performance ●Manage commission structures for store teams ●Handle repairs and service orders promptly to keep stores functional -> Training & Compliance ●Ensure consistent customer service training and adherence to SOPs ●Foster a culture of excellence by promoting brand values and customer-first standards ●Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
●At least Bachelor's degree from any major ●Proven experience as a Retail Operations/Store Development/Similar role as Manager for at least 4 years or in a similar senior management role from a big fashion brand companies ●Business Level of English ●Strong financial acumen with the ability to calculate P&L and manage budgets.
