Job Description
- Manage end-to-end tax calculation, preparation, and filing, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), VAT, and other applicable taxes, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax laws. - Process and execute tax payments accurately and on schedule, mitigating the risk of penalties and non-compliance exposure. - Perform tax and payment reconciliations, aligning accounting records with bank statements and financial systems to ensure data accuracy and traceability. - Prepare documentation and respond to tax authority inquiries and clarifications, including SP2DK and supporting evidence submissions. - Provide support during tax audits and compliance reviews, preparing data schedules, transaction trails, and preliminary explanations. - Track and evaluate regulatory updates, analyzing business impact and ensuring internal processes reflect current compliance requirements. - Verify and process operational payments, including vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payroll-related tax and non-tax disbursements. - Support monthly closing activities from tax and payment control perspectives, ensuring proper reporting and period accuracy. - Review outputs from junior staff and provide technical guidance, validation, and process direction when required. - Contribute to SOP enhancement and process optimization for tax reporting and payment workflows, supporting continuous compliance and operational efficiency. - Collaborate with other departments for internal audit - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field. ・Conversational level of English ・Min 3–5 years of experience in tax compliance and payment processing as sr. staff in Japanese Manufacture ideally with high-transaction environment. ・Have experience with e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-SPT, DJP Online/Core Tax or equivalent tax reporting platforms. ・Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office, including high-volume data processing and analysis and familiar with ERP or integrated accounting systems in supporting tax and payment operations ・Strong command of Indonesian tax regulations, statutory compliance, and audit readiness. ・Demonstrated ability to work independently, accurately, and with strong confidentiality and compliance discipline.
