Job Description
- Ensure effective implementation of company policies, procedures, and quality standards across all production activities - Monitor and control the manufacturing process to ensure product consistency, safety, and compliance - Conduct regular inspections, testing, and verification of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods - Analyze, evaluate, and support product development activities, including testing and improvement of fermented products - Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions - Ensure compliance with Food Safety Management Systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000) - Oversee documentation of quality inspections, laboratory results, and audit records in accordance with document control procedures - Ensure products meet both internal specifications and external regulatory standards, including halal requirements - Support and coordinate internal and external audits, including certification and regulatory inspections - Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards, hygiene practices, and food safety procedures - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, R&D, Supply Chain) to improve product quality and process efficiency - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field ・Business level of English ・Have 4 years experience as QA/QC Staff in food manufacturing company ・Have Halal, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 certification ・Experience with quality control tools, laboratory testing methods, production monitoring, understanding of document control systems and quality documentation practices ・Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage member, effective communication, good analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities
