Job Description
- Implement and maintain Occupational Health & Safety (K3) Management System across manufacturing operations. - Manage and monitor environmental compliance, ensuring alignment with all applicable laws, technical standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements in the HSSE field. - Prepare and submit HSSE program reports, including K3 activity, incident, and environmental monitoring reports in a timely manner. - Ensure effective execution of HSSE programs, inspections, risk assessments, and corrective actions. - Collaborate with internal teams and related departments to support safe and compliant operations. - Demonstrate strong teamwork, discipline, and responsibility in all assigned duties. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. ・Business level of English ・Have 5 years of HSSE experience as Sr. Staff in chemical Japanese manufacturing companies ・Must have Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U), Fire Safety certification for class A, B, C, and D (fire extinguisher competency for chemical & metal hazards) ・Understand ISO 450001 and ISO 14001 ・Strong ability to prepare regulatory and program documentation/reports ・High discipline, strong coordination, and team-oriented mindset
