Job Description
- Lead the formulation, implementation, and continuous improvement of human resource strategies aligned with company objectives. -Develop policies and initiatives to support organizational growth, culture, productivity, and employee engagement. - Direct and manage all HRGA functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, training and development, employee relations, general affairs, and administrative services. - Ensure smooth coordination across departments to support workforce and facility-related needs. - Ensure full compliance with national and local labor laws, industrial relations practices, and statutory obligations. - Monitor regulatory updates and proactively implement necessary adjustments in company policies and HR practices. - Take ownership of the overall effectiveness and operational efficiency of HRGA and Administration activities. - Establish performance metrics, conduct regular evaluations, and implement process improvements to optimize operations. Manage HRGA and administrative budgets, workforce planning, and operational resources responsibly. -Lead, mentor, and strengthen HRGA and Administration teams to ensure high performance and professional development. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Management, Human Resource or any related major ・Business level of English ・Have 5 years of experience as HRGA Manager in Japanese Manufacturing with min 500+ employees ・Have proven record in HRGA (talent acquisition, training development, performance management, general affairs and industrial relation, budgeting) ・Demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, discipline.
