Job Description
- Lead the pre-opening activities of the spa, including operational setup, SOP development, recruitment, training, and readiness preparation. - Manage the daily operations of the spa to ensure high service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. - Develop and implement spa programs, wellness services, and treatment offerings aligned with the brand concept and guest expectations. - Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, revenue generation, and profitability optimization. - Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate spa employees to ensure a highly competent and customer-focused team. - Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, wellness, and luxury hospitality standards throughout all spa operations. - Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring prompt handling of feedback, complaints, and service recovery initiatives. - Prepare operational reports and collaborate closely with the General Manager to support business growth and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirement
- Min. Diploma III - Business English proficiency (proficient in communicating with foreign customers & expat management) - Min. 5 years as Spa Manager in Professional Luxury Spa establishment, experienced in doing pre-opening, operational matters including standards, budgeting, P&L, cost control and revenue optimization - Willing to work in Batam - Good hospitality mindset, good communication skill, good interpersonal skill
