Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Supervise and manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.) - Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions - Lead, mentor, and review the work of content creators - Plan and oversee content calendars, campaigns, and paid social initiatives - Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep strategies fresh and relevant - Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align messaging and campaigns - Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights - Manage community engagement, including responding to comments and messages - Ensure brand tone, visual identity, and messaging consistency across all channels - Oversee social media budgets and tools - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Bachelor's degree ・Min. Conversational Proficiency ・Min. 3 years of experience as Account Executive in a digital marketing agency, experienced in handling social media marketing tools (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) ・Creative mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities
