Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Help prepare for social compliance audits - Gather and organize audit-related documents (payroll, attendance, personnel files, policies) - Assist during on-site audits and arrange employee interviews - Follow up on audit results and corrective measures - Track compliance related to working hours, wages, overtime, and social insurance - Ensure employment contracts and employee records are properly maintained - Perform routine internal checks to detect compliance issues - Keep notice boards and required postings up to date - Support the development and execution of Corrective Action Plans (CAP) - Monitor the status of corrective actions - Work with HR, production, and EHS teams to implement improvements - Deliver basic compliance training for employees - Keep compliance records and audit documentation updated - Other tasks as assigned.

<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Bachelor's degree ・Min.
