Job Description
- Supervise and ensure construction work is carried out properly at project site - Monitor and control quality of work performed by contractors and subcontractors - Check and monitor project progress and material usage on site - Prepare and submit periodic project progress reports to management - Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and other related parties during project execution - Ensure all on site activities comply with K3 standards - Perform other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related engineering field - High conversational English or above - Minimum 2 years of experience as Site Supervisor in Construction projects, preferably handling landed houses - Able to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and construction methods - Capable of supervising work quality and monitoring project progress - Able to prepare project progress reports regularly - Willing to handle projects in Bekasi and East Jakarta
