Job Description
- Identify and seek out potential investors who are interested in industrial real estate. - Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract investors. - Cultivate and maintain relationships with investors, understanding their needs and investment criteria. - Conduct presentations and pitches to showcase investment opportunities in industrial properties. - Collaborate with internal teams to gather and present investment data and projections. - Provide guidance and support in negotiation processes with investors. - Stay updated on market trends and investment opportunities in industrial real estate. - Analyze investment performance and provide insights to optimize future investment strategies. - Contribute to the development of long-term investor acquisition and retention strategies. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
・Minimum 10 Years experience as Manager or Managerial-level positions ・Experienced in Industrial Real Estate for at least 15 years ・Fluent in written and oral communication skills, in Mandarin and English is a MUST and other foreign language. ・Strong leadership, independent, strong analytical thinking, good communication & good interpersonal skill. ・Have wide networking, especially in China market industries / companies
