<Job Responsibilities>
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively manage the full sales cycle.
- Develop and execute branch-specific sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales tactics.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and present results to upper management.
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or Chemistry
・Business English proficiency (proficiency in reporting to expatriates)
・Min. 4 years as Senior Executive Sales handling Food Ingredients to manufacture
・Willing to work in North Sumatera
・Smart, able to work with less supervision, good work ethics, flexible
