Job Description
- Design, execute, and review test strategies for new SaaS features across the product lifecycle - Perform manual and API testing with strong attention to detail and product quality - Contribute to QA processes, best practices, and quality metrics together with the QA Lead - Mentor junior QA members by sharing knowledge and reviewing test cases to help raise the team's quality standard - Work closely with Developers, PMs, and global counterparts in Japan and Vietnam in agile workflows - Monitor defect trends, escalate critical issues, and ensure every release meets the quality bar - Other duties as assgined
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field - High conversational English proficiency - Minimum 5 years of experience as Quality Assurance for software products - Strong command of testing methodologies, SDLC, manual and API testing, and defect tracking tools - Proven ability to design test strategies and contribute to QA processes and quality metrics - Experience in Agile environments and PostgreSQL - High ability to leverage AI tools for testing productivity - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced software development environment <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - No resignation-related issues (e.g., NCA, penalties, loans/COP, binding agreements/training/project, family matters, etc.) - Hasn't been submitted to this client by another recruitment agency or through a direct application - Available to attend an offline CCM during office hours (If not, please specify the details in the remarks)
