Job Description
• Book shipment space with the liner • Communicate and coordinate with the shipping line • Arrange stuffing and cargo handling • Prepare export documentation • Submit final Shipping Instruction (SI) to the liner • Create payment vouchers • Send final pre-alert to customers and agents • Perform document closing for each shipment • Prepare and issue invoices to customers • Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
• Minimum S-1 graduate or equivalent, preferably from Logistics university or major • More than high conversational level English • 5 – 7 years of experience of export operation • Has own car/motorcycle will be advantage • Able to adapt in fast-paced environment and reply to customers' needs as soon as possible • Willing to be placed at the office in South Jakarta
