Job Description
- Create marketing strategy and execute plans for national construction projects. - Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and external parties. - Prepare proposals, presentations, and promotional materials. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis. - Identify prospective projects and participate in bidding processes. - Handle other related responsibilities as required. - Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree. - Business English proficiency (able to communicate with foreigners regarding technical matters). - Minimum 8 years as a Sales Manager. - Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales/Marketing within the Construction Industry (high-rise buildings, data centers, or infrastructure). - Stable career history. - Willingness to travel for business. - Good communication, leadership, management skills; committed, active, and healthy.
