Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Coach and motivate sales members to achieve specific goals and objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and presentations for potential clients
- Primary sell software solutions, hardware and licenses
- Sell resource-managed services to implement and operate hardware or/and software solutions
- Leverage existing networks to drive project sales
- Build sales partnerships with solution principals
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Develop deep understanding of client business needs and pain points to position our IT solutions effectively
- Act as trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendation on how our solutions can address their challenges and drive business value
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline and revenue projections
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, activities, and market feedback to the executive team
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and mitigate challenges
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing or related
・Business English proficiency (TOIEC 850+ or similar)
・Min. 8 years in IT Solutions as Sales, experienced in selling software and hardware including selling the licenses, has good relationships with major hardware and software principals in Indonesia, with at least 2 years of working in an IT multinational company
・Result-oriented, strong problem-solving skill, good stakeholder management, excellent communication, and presentation skill
