Job Description
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of design projects across various sectors (e.g., architecture, mechanical, electrical) - Collaborate with external consultants to ensure project goals are met - Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation - Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely delivery - Facilitate communication between stakeholders and resolve any issues or conflicts - Ensure compliance with design standards, regulations, and client expectations - Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and documentation - Manage preparation for tender document - Coordinate with BQ consultant and vendor for material specification - Perform other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Architecture Engineering or related field - Business-level English - Min. 10 years of experience as Electrical, Mechanical, or Architecure Engineer in Construction field (Data Center, Consulting, M&E, EPC) - Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software
