Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Ability to translate the idea or vision from PD into project proposal, perform research, coordinate with related department, supervise the execution, reporting to PD
- Leading the subordinates in providing secretarial support to President Director
- Coordinate meeting between company and Indonesia government
- Accompany PD and provide support to PD (including providing the data, negotiate and discussion, brainstorming) during certain meetings
- Creating and re-organizing Business Planning
- Business Planning coordination, mapping the operational flow, analyzing the weakness and problems
- Create and design to solve problems and improve work process efficiency
- Review process flow and make improvement related to control and management process
- Do research analysis for industrial analysis as a part of develop strategy for a company
- Responsible for facilitating discussion and create solution for work program of department within company
- Perform coordination, communication and arrangement with head of business departments and group companies for project planning, execution and reporting.
- Create reports related to economics, industries and investments
- Research material presentation to management, business departments and group companies.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree from well-known university.
- 3 years of experiences as Corporate Secretary.
- Business English proficiency
- Computer Literate (MS. Power Point is a must)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- High Level of General Knowledge
- Knowledge about industry and investment climates in Indonesia
- Create reports related to economics, industries and investments
- Research material presentation to management, business departments and group companies.
