Job Description
・Interpret in meetings, site visits, and other company events involving Japanese language. ・Provide interpretation and translation support for various media, documents, and internal communications. ・Assist with work permit and visa applications, renewals, and terminations for Japanese expatriates. ・Handle documentation related to business trips abroad, including passport, visa, and related travel requirements. ・Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for directors and Japanese expatriates, including flight bookings, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries. ・Provide general support to Japanese expatriates and their families regarding housing, schooling, and daily living needs. ・Coordinate accommodation and travel arrangements for visiting Japanese company representatives. ・Organize and support internal company events. ・Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
・Min. High School degree ・Min. own JLPT N2 with Business Japanese & Conversational English proficiency ・Min. 3 years of experience as Secretary ・Good work ethics, polite, strong communication skills, and confident
