Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Coordinate the executive’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management and preparedness - Draft and manage financial reports, internal memos, presentations, and confidential documents with accuracy and professionalism - Support communication and reporting internally and externally - Schedule and organize internal audit meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items, including those involving external consultants and regulators - Facilitate communication between internal departments to support the executive’s strategic initiatives and ensure alignment - Handle sensitive information with discretion, and support the executive in public engagements, regulatory hearings, and official correspondence - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree ・Business English proficiency (ability to professionally communicate with expats in high fluency and accuracy related to business matters) ・Min 5 years as Executive Secretary or Assistant, supporting C-level or Director level, experienced in coordinating with external stakeholders ・Not a job hopper (stay in one company for more than 3 years) ・Willing to do business trips if needed ・Has high standard of accuracy and attention to detail, good communication skill, good work ethics
