<Position Objective/Expectation > - Offer support to SAP B1 end users while ensuring effective and efficient utilization of the ERP <Job Responsibilities> - Ensure effective and efficient utilization of SAP B1 across the organization - Spearhead implementations and execution of SAP B1 - Offer system support to SAP B1 end users - Train end users on how to use SAP B1 - Ensure that the ERP is aligned to the business objectives and supports achievement of the same - Put in place mitigating measures to avoid downtime - Liaise with SAP service provider in ensuring excellent customer service to end users - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Computer Science ・Conversational English proficiency (suitable for professional office use) ・Min. 2 years as IT System Administrator and Support with first hand experience in configuring and implementing SAP applications and supporting SAP application ・Must have knowledge in SUSE 15.x Linux Operating system, SAP HANA Landscapes & architecture, third party products integration with SAP and core SAP modules and cross functional integration ・Experienced in project implementation, troubleshooting and familiar with system architecture and EAI ・Good communication, smart, able to work independently, hard working <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Certifications or Trainings related to SAP
