Job Description
1. Provide support in quotation and documentation preparation and manage master data for parts and pricing.
2. Order, Inventory, and Forecast Management (including SAP input)
3. Delivery & Shipment Coordination
4. Procurement & Supplier Coordination
5. Analyze and report on sales activities, manage sales activities, and monitor progress against KPIs.
6. Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
• Having 3 to 8 years of experience in Marketing and Sales support in a Japanese or other foreign company.
• Having experience in spare parts sales (Sales support) for construction machinery and 3PL (third-party logistics) business.
• Proficiency in SAP (especially B1 or HANA) and WMS.
• A talent with the ability to improve operations through IT and digital transformation (DX), and proficient in Excel, including functions and pivot tables.
• Strong with numbers and proficient in detailed Excel calculations, including functions and pivot tables, as well as PPT.
• Possesses strong attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks with high accuracy.
• Able to take proactive and initiative-driven actions to meet customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with initiative and strong team spirit.
