Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Provide administrative support to the sales team throughout all stages of the sales process - Prepare and organize sales documents such as quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and contracts - Work closely with internal teams to ensure sales orders and customer requests are processed smoothly and on time - Help create sales reports, presentations, and written communications in English - Keep sales records and databases accurate, complete, and up to date - Monitor order progress and ensure all required documentation is properly completed - Take care of general administrative tasks to support daily sales operations
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree from any major ・More than 3 years of working experience as Sales Admin or Sales Support in related industries ・Active conversational level of English, able to communicate and create a report in English ・Able to work in a team, well organized, and have a strong attention to detail
