Job Description
1. Sales Support Duties (Main duties) - Assisting in the preparation of quotations - Organizing and updating customer information - Preparing sales materials (Excel / PowerPoint) - Managing overall schedules - Attending client meetings and taking minutes - Coordinating communication with the Japan side via email and chat 2. Japanese Interpretation and Translation (Secondary Duties) - Providing support interpretation (Japanese ↔ Indonesian) during meetings - Simple translation of documents from the Japan headquarters - Assisting in explaining Japanese content to local staff 3. Internal Support Duties - Coordinating communication with other departments such as production, quality, and procurement - Supporting the creation of internal shared documents - Updating progress management sheets - Handling visitors (including Japanese guests) 4. Training at Japan Headquarters (First 2 years, 6months-1 year after joining) - On-the-job training (OJT) in the Sales Group in Japan - Learning internal workflow and processes - Improving Japanese communication and business etiquette
Job Requirement
- At least Business-level Japanese - Can use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT) - Fresh graduates with a Japanese language major are welcome - Can do OJT in Japan for around 2 years, after 6 months to 1 year after joining
