Job Description
- Manage individual sales performance and report directly to the Japanese manager
- Handle both new business development and existing client management
- Prepare sales documents, proposals, and presentations
- Proactively approach potential clients based on product proposals and market needs
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
Domestic and international business trips required (approx. 2 times/year overseas, 4+ times/year)
- Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree
・More than 5 years of sales experience handling new customers in a Japanese trading (for manufacturing) /manufacturing company
・Business level English
・Willing to go business trip (domestic/overseas)
・Teamwork-oriented person
・Proactive person
・Well-known Japanese culture
・Willing to learn Japanese
・Living in Jakarta-Bekasi
