Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular weekly on-site visits - Manage and oversee customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership - Monitor the progress and performance of ongoing new projects to ensure timely and successful execution - Develop, update, and maintain accurate project timelines on a daily basis - Prepare, organize, and maintain complete documentation for new customer requirements - Manage and file price quotation documents and related materials systematically according to customer records - Coordinate and support customer visits, as well as assist in customer audits, internal audits, and external audits - Review and update price quotations in accordance with predetermined schedules (monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually)
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree from any Major ・Active High Conversational to Business Level of English skill ・Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a Japanese manufacturing company ・Proficient in Microsoft Office, able to use excel.Familiar with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 ・Excellent in communication and able to work in a team
