Job Description
- Collect, analyze, and report on sales data, market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support sales strategy development.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly/quarterly performance reports
- Monitor sales performance versus targets and highlight deviations or opportunities for improvement
- Support the development of pricing strategies and sales policies based on market and cost analysis
- Assist in planning and organizing sales-related events
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree from any major
・Active English skill
・Minimum 3 years of working experience in Sales Strategy Planning (after-sales service and repair part) in Japanese Machinery and Automotive Manufacturing companies
・Direct experience in digital sales and door-to-door sales
・Proactive, Bright personality, and good communication skill
・Willing to be placed in Central Java
