Job Description
- Support Japanese sales staff in handling existing corporate clients. - Respond to inquiries from Japanese customers and communicate with the head office in Japan. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service operations. - Arrange business trips, company trips, and travel services for corporate clients. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide continuous support. - Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
・JLPT N2 or above with strong verbal communication skills. ・English for internal communication. ・Customer service, sales support, or client-facing experience (new graduates are also welcome). ・Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
