Job Description
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, including handling inquiries, conducting regular visits, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations for existing accounts, including negotiation and closing deals - Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure smooth order execution and on-time delivery - Handle invoicing and support payment follow-up, while monitoring overall sales progress and performance metrics for existing customers - Address customer complaints, investigate root causes, provide timely solutions, and implement preventive measures - Generate reports on sales activities, market feedback, and support the achievement of sales targets and KPIs - Assist Japanese users with sales-related coordination and communication, acting as a liaison to ensure their technical and commercial needs are understood and addressed promptly
Job Requirement
- Education: Bachelor's degree from any major - Language: Conversational to proficient Japanese language ability (JLPT N3 or above); Good English skill proficiency - Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or customer relationship roles - Hard Skills: Strong understanding of sales flow, including quotation, negotiation, and customer follow-up - Soft Skills: Able to coordinate with cross-functional teams; Energetic, enthusiastic, and bright personality with a proactive sales mindset
