<Job Responsibilities>
- Conduct overall sales activities, focusing 90% on new business development.
- Analyze customer trends and identify upcoming business opportunities.
- Target and approach prospective clients to generate new leads.
- Meet with prospects to understand their organizational challenges.
- Propose suitable consulting services to address client needs and close deals.
- Report sales activities regularly to the Japanese Manager.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets, both individually and as a team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
