Job Description
- Promote industrial robots, welding machines, and related engineering products to Japanese manufacturing clients. - Communicate with potential and existing customers to understand needs, provide product information, and follow up on leads. - Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales data analysis, activity summaries, and performance tracking. - Develop and implement individual and team-based sales strategies to enhance market penetration and sales effectiveness. - Manage the sales pipeline, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals. - Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations. - Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support as required. - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction. - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree from any major - Business level of English to communicate with internal and external - Have 2 years of experience as Sales in Japanese trading companies selling machinery/automotive parts to Japanese automotive manufactures - Accustomed to Hourensou method - Good characters/attitude
