Job Description
- Manage individual sales performance and report directly to the Japanese manager
- Handle both new business development and existing client management
- Communicate with suppliers and other departments within the company to meet customer requirements
- Prepare sales documents, proposals, and presentations
- Proactively approach potential clients based on product proposals and market needs
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
- Domestic and international business trips required
- Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree
・Business level English
・Conversational level Japanese
・More than 5 years of sales experience handling products related to automotive (parts, maker, etc) in a Japanese company *Understands the car manufacturing process
・Willing to go business trip (domestic/overseas ex: Thailand, India, etc)
・Strong communication skills (can report, contact, consultation)
・Having experience in working part of a team with the mindset of accomplishing things together *Having management experience is a plus
