Job Description
- Maintaining good relationships with current partners, also developing new relationships with potential partners (principals, distributors, retailers, and other marketing partners). - Work closely with the Director for negotiations with related partners. - Supervise, mentor, and motivate subordinates. - Conduct Market research to identify trends, competitors, and new product opportunities in each country's market. - Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide necessary reports to management. - Required to work in different areas of marketing (e.g., research (competitor study, market analysis), content (social media, etc), design (gondola/wall dress up, event booth, etc). - Highly passionate about beauty, familiar with the latest beauty and marketing trends will be an advantage. - Ability to proactively conduct business negotiations with clients under the direction of the current company's representative.
Job Requirement
- Have a bachelor's degree - Business level Japanese ( N2 level ) and Business level English - 3 years of experience in B2B sales and working experience with subordinates - Basic Computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). - Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Willing to do a Business trip (domestic/International) - Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage personal workload, oversee team schedules, and coordinate each client's project timelines for various projects. - Strong personality, positive attitude, and ability to work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines.
