Job Description
<Scope of Work> • The successful incumbent is building a strong sales Team for Pouch Business Sector. • Generate the profitable sales revenue and increase operating income by broadening sales. • Establishing new accounts and providing total solutions to customers. <Job Responsibilities> • Drive a business strategy plan to expand the market share and achieve the sales target set for business. • Work closely with production and supply chain management, sales support to fulfil the client orders. • Negotiation on tender, contract terms and condition and preparation of Sales contract. And collection of bills. • Visit and meet prospective customers in assigned to increase the sales volume and provide required solutions services for order placements. • Prepare sales report, analyzing cost and sales, quotations and maintaining and creating new client accounts • Prepare demonstration and technical presentations to customer solutions. • Being in charge of Marketing: Attending trade shows, conferences, marketing and other events
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Degree in Bachelor of Business or relevant. • At least 3 years sales experience in selling Flexible Packaging and/ or Printing products and solution • Strong team player who is self-motivated and customer oriented • Work independently, process good communication and strong presentation skills • Understanding of financial metrics including margin, revenue, overhead costs, Profit and Loss, and Project Financials • Have an extensive business network • Excellent communications/human relations skills (written, verbal, client service) in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
