Job Description
- Develop and implement project sales strategies to achieve company targets. - Identify new project opportunities and build strong networks with contractors, developers, and consultants. - Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. - Manage the tender process: from project scouting, proposal preparation, presentations, to contract negotiation and deal closing. - Conduct market analysis, prepare sales reports, and provide strategic recommendations to management. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution. - Control customer payments so that there are no outstanding debts. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree preferably from Architecture/Civil Engineering ・At least 1 year working experience as a Sales with strong skill in acquiring new clients from furniture, interior, and construction company ・Business level of English ・Own personal vehicle (motorcycle/car) and valid SIM ・Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings is preferred ・Able to speak and understand Japanese language is preferred
