Job Description
- Prepare and maintain sales contracts, purchase orders, quotation forms, and other administrative documents. - Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning initiatives. - Ensure timely submission of required reports to internal stakeholders (e.g., sales performance reports, inventory status, shipment schedules). - Assist in preparing documentation for OEM tenders, audits, and compliance evaluations. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or any related field ・Conversational Mandarin (HSK4) and Business level of English ・Have 1 year experience as Sales admin in automotive industry ・Proficiency in Microsoft Office ・Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
