Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handling correspondence with customers, including emails and phone calls. - Inputting and managing sales, order, and customer data within the SAP system. - Communicating with and maintaining relationships with existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. - Creating invoices for customers and coordinating the delivery process, including tracking and documentation. - Performing general office administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and scheduling. - Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree - Business level English proficiency for business correspondence with multinational clients - Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Operations and Administration in a Trading company - Willingness to perform general administrative tasks - Good communication and interpersonal skills
