<Job Responsibilities> - Develop and implement sales strategy - Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and new clients - Identify and pursue new business opportunities by attending events, shows, and conferences - Prepare and deliver sales presentation to prospective clients - Negotiate contract with clients - Market research and analysis - Sales reporting and analysis - Work with design and project team to ensure successful pre-opening of property. - Other responsibilities as needed
