Job Description
・Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. ・Identify new business opportunities in infrastructure, construction, utilities, and industrial sectors. ・Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, distributors, and project owners. ・Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly. ・Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. ・Support tender participation, project bidding, and contract negotiations. ・Provide technical and commercial proposals tailored to project requirements. ・Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, technical) to ensure timely delivery and project execution. ・Lead, supervise, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. ・Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews. ・Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns. ・Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and technical briefings for clients. ・Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums. ・Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis. ・Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions. ・Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. ・Other duties as needed.
Job Requirement
